ABOUT

Where You Find Your Game

Sterling Lacrosse is training with purpose. Every session is built around real reps, honest feedback, and the small habits that separate good players from great ones.

Groups and camps are kept small on purpose. Fewer players means more reps, more coaching, and room to compete hard while cheering each other on. It's the space every athlete needs to find their game.

GOOD TO KNOW

Cancellation Policy

Private Lessons

Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, no charge, no questions. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a missed session with no notice, are charged in full.

Small Groups

Package sessions are non-refundable once the package begins, since a spot is held for your athlete each week. Missed sessions can't be made up or refunded, but 24 hours' notice lets us offer the spot to someone on a waitlist.

Camps

Full refund up to 14 days before a camp starts. Inside 14 days, registration converts to camp credit toward a future session rather than a refund, since roster spots are limited and hard to fill last-minute. No-shows forfeit payment.

Weather is different

None of the above applies to weather cancellations. If a session is called for weather, I'll reach out directly to reschedule or refund — no need to request anything.

To cancel or reschedule anything, email sterlinglacrossellc@gmail.com. Exceptions are made for injury or illness on a case-by-case basis.
